TIFF Bell Lightbox - Festival Tower

Located seven floors overtop the TIFF Centre, this typical common area was converted into an “uncommon” area, allowing it to be fully utilized by tenants and visitors. Beginning from the ground up, Ipe wood flooring was installed over existing concrete slabs while adjoining natural stonework was ramped up to allow for full accessibility. Four independent cooking areas with grills, refrigeration, ice makers, sink and storage greatly expand tenant use. Two sit up bars are located under the louvered roof system which extends to shade additional seating, as well. Soft seating surrounds two fire/coffee tables where the great views and night skies may be enjoyed on summer evenings. Lighting, irrigation and both perennial and seasonal plantings complete this fantastic entertaining and relaxation area.
