Lytton Park

This young family wanted a multi-purpose landscape that would fill many needs. Contemporary in design, it includes much needed play space, low maintenance gardens, a separate lounging area, outdoor kitchen with freestanding bar and a dining space. Shade was a priority and is addressed by strategic plantings and cantilevered Tuuci sunbrellas. 

Custom planters and privacy screens separate the landscape from the basketball court and driveway, and break the view of adjacent cedar fencing. Vines climb custom stainless steel media and mature trees ensure privacy.
